The return of Farringdon sidings

As I was approaching Farringdon this afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to see some road-rail (?) vehicles stabled on the amputated number 25 road outside Farringdon station. Not sure why they were there, though I'd be interested to find out.

I know the sidings are still available to be used by engineers' trains, etc., I just thought it was worth reporting
