There are some significant differences between the lines available on a 60+card anytime and those on which the cheaper TfL, rather than TOC, fares are payable: notably the absence from the former list of Marylebone-West Ruislip, Paddington - Hayes & H, and the west Anglia lines out of Liverpool Street (although this will presumably change from May). So although you can't go for free before 0930, you only pay the TfL rate on those lines.

You can do this on the platform readers.

I note that both the 60+ Pass and Freedom Pass maps do not show the line between Stratford and Tottenham Hale for some reason. Very strange given that it is shown on the PAYG tariffs map. The implication is the concession passes are not recognised on that route which I doubt is correct at all.
