That's rather nice. However, Leyton is derived from the old norse, being a "tun" or settlement by the [river] Lea so Lea Tun might be more accurate.

Odds bodkin, thou varlet: where be-est thy extension unto Cambrewelle, whereon the serfs and villeins of the Marychei Line should be a-tilling and a-drilling as we speak? Lawks-a-Mercy, what ails the line of thy Gutter, which should wendeth from Lanchei unto Chepe? Stoppest thy labourers too long at the sign of the Black Freres for a flagon or three of mede? How fare thy passenger figures at the crossroads of the Leper House? Coming back to the present day-thanks, great idea, have added it to my desktop icons without delay.

Your impression of Dick van Dyke is admirable, Gawd love a duck!

Very nice! Looking at my local area: I'm not sure that you can claim Weald Stone as a "mediaeval" name - as a place name, it's a product of the railway age, and was originally "Station End". Shouldn't Headstone be Hegetun?
