If I have a disabled adult railcard on my oystercard, should I be getting reduced rates on the tube and DLR as well as London Overground please?

You certainly get discounts on tube and DLR with a Young Person's railcard on Oyster, so I would expect the disabled railcard to do likewise.

Yes you should. Off peak only. You need to make sure the railcard is still in date

If the railcard discount flag has been set then you should get reduced off peak PAYG fares on all rail services (not bus or tram) and a reduced off peak cap. link to tfl railcard fares infoJust announced today is that from 2 Jan 2015 Disabled Person Railcard users will also get reduced peak time travel too. This brings TfL into line with NR practice.
