The current District line WTT (number 145, unless I'm very much mistaken) includes a note: My question is why? Insufficuent walking time + preparation time for drivers within the former Framework Agreement time of 0445 earliest book-on. Just 24mins allocated for these trains. Will be removed from 14 December as Framework Agreement now adjusted to 0430 as earliest book-on. |
