The person who bought the tickets on my behalf inputted the wrong date in late October - a date I know I will not be available.
Tried to get the date changed or else get a refund but the problem is, it is three tickets
London King's Cross-Doncaster £10
Doncaster-Leeds £6.85
(the above combination was cheaper then the £22.50 direct fare on offer at the time)
Leeds-London £13
The total is £29.85
East Coast insist on charging a £10 "admin fee" to change each of the three tickets - total £30.00.
Am I doing anything illegal by attempting to sell these tickets (including reservations) on to a third party so that I can buy tickets for the date I actually want to travel?
