When LU retire rolling stock they get a special send off in the form of a farewell tour (sadly none of which I've been able to attend). I was wondering if staff that have served for thirty or forty years get any kind of special send off on retirement?

They get a nice river boat cruise after 40 years service along the Thames and a extra days annual leave entitlement on top of the extra one they would of got at 25 years service.
But with all the cost cutting the river cruise might stop soon, as the payment they used to get to have a send off in a pub has dropped from nearly a £1000 (can't remember exact figure) to just £150.
