If I've read the document correctly, there's no mention of Abbey Wood transferring from Southeastern.

From paragraph 4.18 of the train operator report:
"The RSPA requires the RSP to construct and operate a new train maintenance depot"
Is the big white building that's being built at the London end of Ilford depot anything to do with this?
Paragraph 4.21 of the same document: "The Operator must have in place by the Start Date a Safety Management System (“SMS”). The Operator will demonstrate that its SMS will be progressively updated during the Staged Opening Programme (including but not limited to Dynamic Testing, Trial Running and Trial Operations and to cover the operation of sub-surface stations at Paddington (Crossrail), Canary Wharf, Woolwich and all stations where the Operator is the Station Facility Operator."
How will the "trial running and trial operations" work? Will TfL and/or Crossrail be looking for volunteers to assist with said trials at some point in the future, have the testing arrangements not been worked out yet?

If I've read the document correctly, there's no mention of Abbey Wood transferring from Southeastern. The paper says 24 existing stations will transfer to Crossrail. 4 will not and will remain with their existing TOCs. Having worked through the Crossrail Map it is clear that Abbey Wood is part of the 24 and will transfer to Crossrail who will be the Station Facility Owner (SFO). Some of the brand new stations will be run by LU and others will be run by the Crossrail TOC.

I couldn't see where it mentioned that Abbey Wood would be moving from Southeastern, although I could see the Crossrail concessionaire operating the likes of Woolwich and Canary Wharf in the core.
