Is it possible to pay for a travelcard on someone else's oyster card?
I'm part of a team organising the Wikimania conference in August and we want to pay volunteers' travel expenses. We are looking into ways of doing this and are wondering whether it would be possible for them to tell us their oyster card number and for us to pay for a travel card to be added to that card? If so, how would we do that?
