The components of new point work are alongside the track just south of Pinner station. Anyone know where they are destined for?

The components of new point work are alongside the track just south of Pinner station. Anyone know where they are destined for? No idea, but it might explain why there were workmen by the track by Marsh Road bridge when I walked past on the way home from Sainsburys on Tuesday. |
