I've noticed recently that the service towards Stratford from Waterloo/London Bridge at around 1530-1630 has been quite unreliable recently. I've seen gaps as large as 8 minutes in the departures and if you get a train that terminates at North Greenwich, the following service to stratford is packed, certainly from Canary Wharf onwards. I understand that they need to turn back trains at N. Greenwich to increase the W/B frequencies but is this prioritised over the E/B service? Having frequently used the W/B service in the past I get the impression that the E/B service is worse - have I just been unlikely or is this consistently the case?
Thanks in advance,

Funnily enough I have the same view of the WB from Canary Wharf at around 1600. It is not unusual to have a 7-8 minute gap from about 1557 to 1605. Not every day but often a couple of times a week.

Whenever I arrive on the E/B platform at Green Park around 3-4 most days of the week, the first train seems to be terminating at North Greenwich
