I'd thought I'd include some other trivial facts. Southgate is the most northern station in tunnel on the London Underground and also one of the few places where you can also see the light at the end of the tunnel, Hounslow West also.
Arnos Grove apparently won an award a few years ago as one of the best places of architecture in the world.
Uxbridge is the only station on the London Underground where two lines share the same platforms as the terminus proper. Barking does not count as it is still a through station.
Between Hounslow West and Hatton Cross the line inexplicably comes to the surface before dropping again.
I think the Piccadilly Line has the most number of disused stations of any line on the London Underground or have I got this wrong?

Sorry, melikepie but this statement
"Between Hounslow West and Hatton Cross the line inexplicably comes to the surface before dropping again."
is nonsense.
There is a very good explanation which I think has been posted on here before now too.

That's where it crosses the Duke of Northumberland's river. You see the trains from the road. It's the River Crane. The Duke of Northumberland's River runs round the south side of Heathrow Airport and meets the Crane further south, near Baber Bridge (Staines Road, corner of Hounslow Heath).

Thanks for that, I realised my mistake after I posted it! Anyway, we've answer the question between us.
