I have a few enamel destination boards in my stores, including a slot-in board for SOUTH ACTON and NORTHFIELDS. Is this a complete rarity? It hasn't been drilled through to be mounted on rings like most DR destinations, so must have been rescued fro a Q stock motor coach.
Other unusual ones are Hainault via Woodford, the usual Elstree and a few more. Removing the adhesive plastic destinations usually revealed more interesting places!

I always thought that South Acton was usually just used as Acton?

No, pictures of the single Q stock car used on the route shows South Acton.
