First of all, this thread has been cleared with ChrisW, and I am only after the facts of the matter, not speculation.
For a large part of the afternoon, the TfL website has been showing Kilburn Park station as being "open for exit only due to a customer incident". The Bakerloo line (to the best of my knowledge) has also continued to run a "good service" throughout, so does anyone have any information as to what's gone on please?
