I am not sure if this thread is in the right place, but I have just spotted this interesting report of plans by the British Postal Museum and Archive - which may see part of the old Mail Rail system used for passengers.

I have always wondered what the Mail Rail system would look like superimposed on the Underground map.

	The next "station", if you can call it a station, will be Castlebar Park which was a nice place until 1935. Now, only leave the train here if you wish to use the "shelter" to pee in. Everyone else seems to.

There are some wagons to take people, but they carry about 4 people sitting single file.
