Rumoured to have been pulled from the 150 events. Has any one seen a ticket? Has anyone seen a list of stock to be used? All quite on the western front!!

It's been postponed according to the LT Museum website. It's a shame - I do hope it does end up going ahead.
I did see a rumour it was due to the ongoing building work though.

Makes sense. Things are behind from what I was told.

I hope it's only postponed and not cancelled, I've really been looking forward to this event.

Remember taking photos of old welding train and Met Loco 1 John Lyon which was in a sorry state by then.

As far as I know, the last open day at Neasden was in 1983, to celebrate 50 years of LT. It was part of a series of open days across London - a good year.

I remember that one too, and also remember one at Chiswick. One thing that sticks out was so many large signs saying "No Spitting"

Does the fact that Neasden depot no longer appears on the LTM website (not even as TBC) mean it is cancelled permanently?

Last I heard was on the 1938 Northern/Picc line railtour a month or two back... apparently it is probably going to be next year if at all ever again! I was told that the bank holiday and the projected amount of work completed in the depot made it a perfect timing for an open day, however due to the work falling behind schedule they could not open up the depot and even if the work is completed and the depot is ready to open, the member of staff I talked to sounded like it wouldn't be worth opening up if it wasn't a bank holiday!
