I managed to "rescue" some of these many years ago, and my collection includes one for South Acton on one side and Northfields on the other side. Is this a particularly rare item. if so what might it fetch at auction?
It's amazing what you could find once you peeled off the plastic stickers on the District Line sets!

One of my minor regrets is not having bought some 38-Stock destination plates being sold at an LURS event around 1980....these included Alexandra Palace and Cranley Gardens and were being offered at £4:50 each. I collect enamel signs,so would estimate that ones to "Normal" destinations might fetch around £30-£50 but the "odd'uns" may well fetch much more....the only way is to try the market,or to get them valued by a specialist auctioneer!

I would estimate yours at £70-£130. But it really depends how much a buyer is willing to pay.
