Hi I thought I would share some photos of my 1995 N Gauge stock which I purchased through Shapeways, when I purchased the models I had anticipated masking the model so I could paint the doors, front etc but in reality this did not happen Having sprayed the models with primer from Halfords & then added a white top coat I then did the masking for the blue line and the doors using Tamiya masking tape unfortunately the masking didn't work very well and when I removed the tape it pulled off the primer & top coat. So I had to think of an alternative and I decided on making and then printing out the Blue Line, Doors & front onto Gloss White labels and cutting out the windows, I then hand painted the roof. I think it has worked out quite well but it does show up the imperfections when photographed but when viewed with the naked eye all looks good. remember that the train numbers on the front are only 1mm high I hope you like the photos Ian
