I am also here - due to the fact I'm stuck for 8 hours at work. Worse still, I've just checked my tea caddy and realise I have just 3 Yorkshire bags left On the subject of tea (and we may as well discuss it while there are less people to object) I caught an episode of "Friends" last night on E4 (seen them all before, lots of times.) In one scene, just behind Monica's head on a shelf, stood an old-looking tin with the words "Yorkshire Tea" on it. Truly an international tea ;D

Friends has gone up in my estimation after that startling observation!

It went up in my estimations when I first watched it years ago and saw Jennifer Aniston's startling observations ;D That was series 1 episode (I think) 4 and never looked back (except if she was behind me!)
Anyway, must pop and do a few other bits (my job for one) and will pop back later.

I hate Friends. So much canned laughter it's stupid. The tea was only there to raise the ratings.
Citysig, I offer my condolencies on your tea situation. I'm here for you. Don't worry - you'll get through it. Be strong.

Let's hope I don't get held at any of the Minories area signals this afternoon! Citysig, do you want me to pop in with some Yorkshire tea bags before I book on?!

*sigh* Just thinking of everyone supping their ale and having a good time whilst I feed the kids their tea. At least I have got some Yorkshire Tea (I won't drink alchohol when I'm on my own with the kids) If Alan takes some YT to Citysig, does it mean he'll get a clear run over Minories Jct all shift? Bah!

Maybe you should've brought your kids along!
David, I simply adore your fotopic site! It's so hard to find drivers eye pictures of trains online, let alone the tube! Anyone know where i can get some more?

Anyone know where i can get some more? Yes, well, soon . In a couple of week hopefully, Central Line ones, to go with my videos (If you haven't seen my videos at www.thelondontube.co.uk then where have you been ) Back on sub-topic I couldn't live without a cuppa every morning. Yorkshire or Tetley Tea for me (Those chimps could sell anything ) ;D

I have seen you're videos and they're good.
Those chimps are the MD's of Tetley. It's why the tea is so awful. Only monkeys drink it. I think people are not really getting the whole Yorshire Tea picture. The only tea worth drinking is Yorkshire Tea. Fact. The other 'teas' are just tea flavoured beverages.

Citysig, I offer my condolencies on your tea situation. I'm here for you. Don't worry - you'll get through it. Be strong. Thanks for your kind support Chris. Oh no, if there's no Yorkshire Tea left, that means Citysig's gonna be in a touchy mood all day (like me if I run out of tobacco)! Let's hope I don't get held at any of the Minories area signals this afternoon! Citysig, do you want me to pop in with some Yorkshire tea bags before I book on?! I'm in a touchy mood anyway, as I have a cold (which I've had on and off for weeks) and am so ill I really shouldn't be here (though if I was at home, she who must be obeyed would only tell me to stop moaning.) As I have a cold, I am regularly sucking some strong cold sweets. They are quite effective, but don't mix well with tea. So I have rationed myself - thus solving the tea bag shortage! Despite the fact that I cannot breath easily, should I also run out of cigarettes, then I would be even more touchy. (Yes before the anti-smokers go on, it's bad I know. Opportunities where it's hard to smoke should be the times where I try to give up.) Luckily I'm only controlling things for a couple of hours today - and I'm letting the computer do most of the work as I'm too ill (though I don't like to go on about it ;D) So as for clear runs across Minories...oops there goes another Circle ;D

Women do not understand that a male cold is much worse than a normal cold.
