Just wondering, is the Victoria line the only line to operate trains specifically for Depot staff and drivers, or does it happen on other lines as well?

I don't think so any more. My memories are of the staff train that I used to get ran from Mansion House to Upminster. It was passenger as far as Mansion House. When covering the station master at Mile End I would get it. No night turns in those days. Another one was the 4:20 Barking to Upminster, They had night foremen. There was one about 6am on a Sunday that went from Barking to Whitechapel, reversed staff to Bromley by Bow then passenger back to Upminster. They were all replaced by taxis.

Isn't Turnham Green (Piccadilly) used as a staff drop off as well?

There use to be a few from Northfields Depot to Acton Town on the Pic before the last timetable change. There are others on the same line scattered around the extremes of the day.

Back in 2011 when I worked on the Northern Line, there were staff trains, at least after the last passenger, southbound from Edgware to Golders Green.
I remember having to 'flag' the train down if I wanted it to stop, (similar to hailing a bus).
