There is currently a report of the H&C being suspended Plaistow to Barking due to a signal failure at Barking. As District is unaffected, I guess this is just facilities needed to reverse trains at Barking that have a failure.

That would explain the BTP and the Tubelines ERUs parked outside Barking this morning.

They are only rebranding vehicles when there lease is up to save on cost
