I've seen references to "BVE", from the Admins, giving the impression that it appears an undesirable element, etc.
Being new to this Forum, could someone explain what "BVE" is please?

BVE is a freeware train simulator, and a very good one at that.

There are loads of BVE sites up and running! Just try googling for BVE and you'll get loads of links. My personal favourite is www.trainsimcentral.co.uk which has details on downloading and installing the software, plus loads of routes and stock (including some LU)! As I say, there are many sites around, so get googling! BTW, regarding your comments that BVE is an "undesirable element" on the forum, I can assure you that it isn't! However we don't actively discuss BVE too much as this is primarily a London Underground forum and past experience tells us if we open up a BVE thread, it quickly gets out of hand because of new developments etc! There are quite a few BVE forums around if you wish to talk about it!

Yes - there is a Japanese bike-related word 'bosozoku' - which generally involves reckless deeds and tales of derring-do afterwards. EDIT: can't remember the ideogram.
