Unlikely I think - deferred to mid-September I believe.
Extended hours Sat/Sun 22/23 June, 13/14 and 27/28 July (22.00 Sat and 20.00 Sun) because the City branch of the Northern is shut down those weekends (planned engineering and all that).

Correct, the new timetable on the W&C and on the Central has been postponed until September, partly due to the disagreement on closing up when going up sidings on the Bakerloo Line and partly as we don't have enough IOps to train the new staff needed to expand the service. Or at least those are the rumours floating around the depot canteen

I would assume that the new timetable requires Bakerloo-style working into sidings, which is still under debate.

Rincew1nd is correct, the new timetable was drawn up with the notion that we would adopt “No detrainment on 'siding reversing' trains”, or put another way closing the doors from the cab rather than closing by porter buttons. Following recent events on the Bakerloo they appear to be reconsidering but not before the 92ts have been fitted with “dragon’s teeth” inter-car barriers next to the interconnecting doors at some considerable cost.
Nice to know that taxpayers’ and passengers’ money is being spent wisely……..

Maybe you could describe what the Bakerloo system is, what's been observed, and what relevance it has to "dragon's teeth" barriers - whatever they are? Thanks

Okay from the top, back in the old days when you were going into a siding the TOp would make three PA announcements to inform the passengers that the train was going out of service, turn the saloon lights on and off then close the doors from the cab.
After a passenger got killed when they tried to leave a train going into Liverpool Street sidings the procedure was changed so that everything was done with the porter buttons with either the TOp going all the way back checking each car was empty or the TOp closed the front two cars while a member of station staff closed the rest or two station staff closing half a train each with the TOp staying in the cab.
Then the Bakerloo Line management decided that they’d go back to the old way and the result was hundreds of “carry overs”, where a passenger goes where they shouldn’t, something which in the past we could have been disciplined over. Would you want to walk back through a train and discover you aren’t alone, especially if the passenger is drunk, aggressive and you’re a woman.
The crunch finally came when a TOp changing ends in Queen’s Park shed roads saw a 12yo boy walking along the track beside the train. Apparently they’d been “carried over” and squeezed out between the cars in order to walk to the next station. The TOps refused to close from the cab and instead went back closing the doors on the porter buttons, there being no station staff to help them as LUL had reduced staffing levels to save money the same time they closed a load of ticket offices in 2011. This led to delays as the timetable didn't allow enough time to do this and they ended up withdrawing trains to ease congestion (though obviously this had the opposite effect for passengers).
The “dragon’s teeth” and other inter car barriers by the interconnecting doors are meant to stop anyone squeezing between the cars but as it seems we won’t be reverting to the old method of tipping out they’re a waste of time and money.
Or at least that is my understanding of events, if anyone knows otherwise please feel free to correct me

Has it mentioned the Sunday service? There are no plans to introduce a permanent Sunday operation. Temporary Sunday operation, during Northern Line closures is scheduled for: 18 Aug, 1 Sep, 20 Oct, 17 Nov.
