The alignment of the Bakerloo (now Jubilee) line tunnels to Stanmore go under Marylebone (GCR) station. Did LPTB ever consider plonking a station here?

I have never heard of such a plan, but could be wrong.

It would have been rather a waste of money with the two branches of the Bakerloo Line meeting up at Baker Street, five minutes walk from Marylebone

Not seen anything in my digging around New Works Plan esoterica and arcana; certainly nothing that I know of emerged off a drawing board. There's plenty of stuff around for the Camberwell extension and I've had a quick sight of some TT planning for that, with no additions 'up line' from Elephant.

I was always under the impression that the long sweeping curve under Marylebone was so the Stanmore branch tunnels would be in the right place to align with the existing Bakerloo line. The Bakerloo goes along Marylebone Road towards Regents Park and the Stanmore branch tunnel is heading South, if the tunnels ran in a straight ahead then you'd have a pretty severe curve with a nasty speed restriction to get them to connect. I understand that with the New Works programme, there was more of an emphasis on speed and thats why you don't find so many tightly curved routes built in the 1930's/40's. Certainly the white knuckle ride from St Johns Wood - Baker Street wouldn't be possible either. Having said that, ever since the jubilee was created, the layout of Baker Street is somewhat unnecessary as the tunnels could just run in a straight line from St John's Wood (ish) to Bond Street. At street level you would just walk straight down the road but the Jubilee runs in an S shape to get back on track (scuse pun) to Bond Street. But of course cross platform interchange with the Bakerloo wouldn't be possible if you went straight... you can't win.

There was a station called Lords. It was either renamed or replaced, I'm not sure which.

Lords was one of the three stations on the Met between Finchley Road and Baker Street, and is now disused but hasn't got a direct replacement, unlike Swiss Cottage and Marlborough Road/St. John's Wood. Was a Bakerloo (Stanmore branch) station planned at Lord's?

Lords was the former St. John's Wood Metropolitan station It was renamed a few months before the opening of the Bakerloo station (which is midway between Lords and Marlborough Road stations) with the intention that it would be opened during events at the cricket ground. It was closed when the Bakerloo opened, and never reopened (partly thanks to the Luftwaffe).
