Mising part of the KX panel has yust been released. It's Royston.
Quote:
Royston is the perfect simulation for beginners to SimSig. This area is controlled by King’s Cross signalbox, but due to space reasons, it was unable to be included on that simulation. Here is that missing section in its entirety - and can be linked to King’s Cross.
The simulation covers Royston station and the associated sidings as they were in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Most of the sidings have gone though the main signalling remains unchanged. It extends south to just before Baldock (where SimSig KX takes over) and north towards Shepreth, but both these sections are all automatic signals.
One screen, simple to operate, just the thing for beginers.

Just downloaded it and had a look around it... Defiantly for a newbie who's unfamiliar to SimSig.
Not really my beans on toast though as I'm more used to 6 screens with the associated KX sim! But for a beginner it is indeed the best to start with!

I'm more used to 6 screens with the associated KX sim! Me too. I think it was done because so many people didn't know how to start (I learned on the NLL) and later said that it is too complicated. EDIT - Once thing that I forgot to say: It will be continuated to Cambridge.

I have a few questions to ask bout SIMSIG - and i've posted it on the simsig forum, but i'll ask again here.....
Anyone have any idea how (or if) u can change the semi-automatic signal colours?
How do i do, and what is route-setting?
Any other info i should know bout how to get an area (ie -Royston) up and running properly?
Cheers

How to set a route - looks hard but it isn't, just click on the red light, you will se a blinking wite block and click on the signal where you want to set a route. You will then get a long white thingy conecting the two signals.
