I've amended the title (changed Morgate to Moorgate)  As for thanking the staff, give TfL a call as I'm sure they'll have an official channel.. You could always add a more public thanks via the Metro morning paper too, which I'm sure would be appreciated... IMO its important to say thanks... also don't forget that a kind fellow passenger may also have handed the hat into staff instead of taking it home |

Right, thank you duly made, they have a web-form for the purpose custserv.tfl.gov.uk/icss_csip/init.doIt's a little detailed for my taste (if for example I wanted to thank a member of fstaff for stretching a point, I'd be a little chary of using it), and it uses the word "incident" which seemed a little OTT for the purpose of talking about a lost hat, but it's still nice to do. |
