I couldn't find this information easily on the internet, it took a bit of work with TfL's journey planner to work out which services were semi-fast in the morning peak. I thought I'd share the results here, just in case anyone else had been wondering this as well!
Semi-Fasts depart from Uxbridge at: 0646 0714 0748 0820 0853
Regards,

Working Timetables. Do you read the rest of the Forum? I only say that, because they're mentioned and explained several times, but I suspect the ProBoards search would spit it out as a search term.
