One s7 and one s8 are both hiding at Neasden after receiving all over wrap 150 liveries. 21302 being the seven. I wont stick any pictures up, until after they enter public service. People will have very mixed views on these, to say the least.. ;D

Will he S7 be in service, or is it going to be the one at Moorgate as a museum type thing for the 150 steam events?

So far I've seen the water tanks at Moorgate and the mural thingy on the far wall but couldn't get a close look as the back platform is locked off nowadays. Awaiting the new liveries with baited breath.

I've seen a pic of it on 'Rail Sim users group' or something like that on Facebook, it's actually quite nice (the wrap not the train of course)

I have just seen it on the S7, It looks rather interesting and nice once you look at the detail.

Agree, very good, and it stands out (obviously). How long will this wrap be on the train for?

Ah, a good-looking livery that is DDA-compliant too.

The other will be a CBS Outdoor one. It has a pattern of London Landmarks with contrasting doors. This is something more related to social networking in addition to the anniversary.

When are they due out in service? The S7 unit is in service on the H&C. It's passed me several times last week.

Pity the oppertunity wasn't used to do something more traditional - though theres nothing to stop it happening anyway. Was thinking the other day the Met has been through four main stages of livery; Varnished Teak (and imitations of), Train Red (with/without cream), Silver and Corporate. This would neatly divide up into an 8 car train... though 'wood effect' would need some careful thinking to not look ghastly on an 'S'!
Lined out Corporate?

I agree that a livery recalling the old ones would have been even better. I must admit that the simpleness of the CBS outdoor livery attracts me quite a bit, though.
