Hi all
"Punting" home today, I noticed a TSR of 5mph at East Putney around the junction heading towards Wimbledon. I also noticed that the TSR signs had been place in front of what looked like new 10 mph signposts on the NR side of the junction. What is happening here? It was fine yesterday.

Or perhaps one night soon when you get the replacement
