I was on holiday in SF a couple of weeks ago at the rime of the 100 years SF MUNI celebrations. I had great day traveling on classic trolleys and trackless trolleys and took lots of photos and videos. One resource which SF Museum informed me of was was the real time Market Street map below which is really good - Please remember that SF is currently 8 hours behind when viewing this www.nextmuni.com/googleMap/googleMap.jsp?a=sf-muni&r=FXPF!

That's pretty neat. Are the four digit numbers their equivalent to our headcodes, or train numbers?

Muni seems to have some real bunching & gap problems on their streetcars right now (10.10 am local time), even tho the F line IIRC is all on separate right of way. Not good 4 the riders waiting...

You quite often get 3 waiting at Fishermans Wharf and as they are only single cars they do run a lot of them. There are also a lot of short runs from The Embarcadero - Fishermans Wharf. The E line opens next year and I was privileged to have a ride along it and through the depot yard on a trolley. The E service will run from The Embarcadero to Caltrains Station and Third Street. XF
