Mind posting a bigger version? Small text is a bit hard to read.

I like the curves but I'm afraid my eyes cannot make out the station names at all. If you're worried that posting a larger version could lead to it being circulated on the internet... well, I very much doubt that Network Rail would approve of your use of the BR logo or other associated 'intellectual property' without their permission, so why not let us see your map in a readable size ? It's not as if you can legally claim copyright ...

I liked this a lot: it does reduce a complex network to a visually very clear design. But beware - the TLK bidders have plans to change the service patterns somewhat, particularly in relation to the Wimbledon loop and the GN outers (no! that doesn't they will link Wimbledon to Peterborough...).
Now let me urge you to add Xrail and you will have very nicely recreated the updated version of the map that used to hang in NSE HQ as our vision for the future. It's a powerful statement of how to plan the London rail network sensibly: ... if only...

The basic design is nice. I struggled with reading the text even at the largest size image in Flickr.
The zone map highlighted a slight oddity to my eyes. It was the relative depth of the Caterham branch relative to the East Grinstead line. I think I'd swap those round so that the EG line runs further south. The scale of the Sutton loop is also a bit out of kilter. However I recognise these are small niggles - I couldn't draw diagrams like you do.
I'd almost be tempted to do "inner" and "outer" versions which would allow a better use of scale even if it means less accuracy overall.
I would also like to see a combined Thameslink and Crossrail map. 2018/19 is going to be a time of revolution for London rail travel.

I guess the whole network would have looked a lot different... Crossrail might have been built at that point, more Networkers everywhere to get rid of slammers... It would have been a great network...
