I was reading about the above subject in the signalling section, and wondering how many of the BVE routes had any sections of line with this?
I know approaching Kennington on one route you have to pass over the trainstop midway down the platform but I haven't seen any others.

The Picc has one too when you go into the pipe just coming out of Arnos station.

The Picc has one too when you go into the pipe just coming out of Arnos station. I would try that but for some reason my BVE4 keeps crashing about 30 seconds after I start using it. BTW I thought on the Picc BVE you came out of the pipe into Arnos - not the other way round.

Yes, Arnos is a problem (just as it used to be in real life - you were forever getting held at the outer home until something came the other way).

The signal at Arnos isn't designed as speed control, rather to simulate you being held at the signal awaiting a platform (or some other reason). It will keep you waiting a bit if you're early, in fact I think I might add a bit of randomization to that signal check to keep things hairy! Speaking of Arnos, here's a shot having just left the station... brj.railuk.org/afterarnos.jpg
