Hi everyone,
Sorry that my first post here has to be one where I ask you all for some help, but I've been reading the forum for around six months (if that makes it any better).
Anyway, to the point, I have recently bought a new PC and when I try to play BVE 4 I find that the whole screen flickers every few seconds. It still runs fine, but the flickering is very annoying and I was wondering if anyone here would know of a way to stop it, or knows of anyone else having a similar problem.
I've tried running it in every combination of screen resolutions and colour depth and in both fullscreen and windowed mode without being able to eliminate the problem. An Internet search has also failed to offer a solution (although I'm terrible at that kind of thing anyway
).
If it helps I'm using a Pentium 4 HT 3.4Ghz with 2GB of RAM and an ATI Radeon X600 with 256MB of memory. I'm thinking it may be something to do with the settings on the graphics card but since I know little about them I don't want to mess around on my own too much for fear of causing big problems.
