This must be the district lines answer to Paris's Gare St Lyon “Le Train Bleu”
High above the tracks, rattling with every passing train.
Food was good. Ok, not that good, but made me think of that bar at Sloane Square.
Train views from the loo are very very good.

Sounds interesting. How can you see the trains from the loo?
Cheers

Can't beat a loo with a view.
The pub by Ribblehead Station has a particularly pleasing view (from the panoramic window above the gents urinal) of Batty Moss viaduct.

... and then there was the Tramway Cafe in Edmonton just beside the garage. (Can't vouch for the loos there, though).

.................after the trams were scrapped, the cafe was renamed "Trolleybus Cafe" for a while.
