I am not aware of any plans to re-enable the now exhibition-state 5034 in a foreseeable future. Should the RATs be a heritage train, the whole unit is likely to run as is. However, 5034 came in with a set of pipes as well, in addition to the bits I mentioned on the rear view photo's description.
