I've downloaded the Picc Line v 5.2.
Does anyone have the problem where the 'Barons Ct to Wood Green' route isnt working, and also, where u have to download other trains?
I've PM'd Tom Beevers as well, but i just wondered if anyone else had this problem

I don't believe I've encountered this problem before, I'm able to run right though from Barons Court to Arnos Grove using the 73TS with no problems occurring.

They both use the 38ts from trainsimcentral.
Can you give details on the error.

1 last thing - is the Weedkilling route, the same as all the others? ie - do u have to stop at all the stations? Also, it is my imagination, or is there no pilot light in the 73t/s cab? Bloody great job though Tom ;D - especially with the weather and the delays I'll drive the other routes later

Weedkiller - no, you just drive the 38ts up to Arnos Grove not stopping at any stations as if it were moving ECS.
There isn't to my knowledge a "pilot" light, however the door buttons have been animated to do a similar function.

erm......it says 'File reading error - cannot read: and then it gives the file name' of the Barons Ct to Wood Green - sorry i cant be more specific...... I got this: C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4\Railway\Route\Piccadilly line v5.2\Barons Ct to Wood Green.csv(322) : Could not find file "c:\program files\mackoy\bve4\railway\object\lusigs\tb\shunt_tun.csv".: structure.Freeobj(1000) lusigs\tb\shunt_tun.csv C:\Program Files\mackoy\BVE4\Railway\Route\Piccadilly line v5.2\Barons Ct to Wood Green.csv(1049) : Structure reference is not defined: track.freeobj 0;1000 Then the option of "Abort" or "Ignore". I chose abort and it seemed to work fine. Edit: Sorry. Made a mistake. I clicked ignore not abort

Looks like I slipped up again The issue with the WK timetable I'm aware of and I'll look into the Wood Green one. Already starting to amass a patch of sorts, so stand by.

Signalling isn't brilliant on this route... Repeaters showing green when the next signal's red? ? Sam

That's a speed control signal, and will clear if you are going at 25 or less just before you get to it.
One thing that's niggled me for a while about many BVE routes is the invisible station placed before signals you should stop at (god help the passengers when the doors open). Is it really necessary?

Those stations are set up so as not to open the doors. They are used to imitate the speed control, as you said.

Can u close the doors by urself on BVE4 (on the Picc line especially) by pressing F6?
Also, in 73ts - where the hell are the door close buttons?? (apparently they're animated....?)

There isn't to my knowledge a "pilot" light, however the door buttons have been animated to do a similar function. The real thing does have a pilot light, above the windscreen, on both the left and the right. However the panel does not reflect this on the current BVE version

I *could* extend the panel upwards, but that would require more images, which I don't have a great deal of.

However the panel does not reflect this on the current BVE version The real thing has four of them in the cab. The signalling is a bit hit and miss. I've been tripped twice after repeaters told me a green signal was coming up and it was red. Never mind, other than that, with the very informative PDF and good scenarios, it's very good
