Does anyone know why the departure boards at Kew Gardens don't show any train information? They've been around for quite some time there but I don't recall them ever having shown any info, certainly didn't today and the past few times I've been down that way. The ones at Gunnersbury work. Not sure about Richmond.
TIA!

The boards at Upminster Bridge only show District line eastbound and westbound

The Richmond ones were working when I was last down that way (a couple of months ago). Richmond no longer has describers on platforms 6/7, the only displays are now in the upper & lower circulating halls.

I use Kew Gardens a fair bit and the boards are usually working.
I vaguely remember once this year when they were blank but as a District Line train was approaching it didn't really impact me.
