Does anyone here use the BVE cabview simulator, and if so, what do they think of the District Line route from trainsimcentral.co.uk?

Hehe, BVE is a superb simulator... Realistic and completely free! The District Line route is excellent! Recently refurbished of course for BVE v4 by Steve Green at TrainSimCentral... I don't think there's anything more realistic out there! Obviously we also have the MSTS version of the District Line by Dr Jimi still in production, which is looking very promising so far. If you haven't seen the screenies of this yet, have a look at www.piccadillypilot.co.uk/screenshots/index.html.

Indeed, the MSTS district line is looking superb. The cabview for the D stock, for example, is certainly one of the best I've seen produced for MSTS! Keep up the good work!

I have to agree! The other Version4 routes that i have helped with and run, are quite good now, with the new features of BVE4. Heres to the future of BVE, forget MSTS! MODERATOR'S HAT ON!!!RIGHT That's enough! We're all entitled to personal views, but I WILL NOT tolerate the 'y's better than 'x' type discussion. There are plenty of other places where that kind of behaviour is acceptable - it's not here, and I WILL NOT TOLERATE IT!I have my own views too on the question of a variety of simulations, but these come down to personal choice. I'm quite happy for people to ask opinions and share views, but dismissive comments don't help anyone. Put forward views, but don't write off others. MODERATOR'S HAT OFF

I've not really heard about the BVE simulator. Does anyone know where I might be able to browse to to find out more?
Cheers.
