Is there any information about the cause of the SB City Branch slow service at King's Cross this morning?

I got to Camden Town at around 08:40 earlier just as the problem seemed to have started and on the southbound ex-Edgware branch platform they were telling City branch users to get the first charing cross branch train and seek an alternative route; because of a signal failiure at Kings Cross. Fortunately I was going on the High Barnet Branch!
