I have had the East London and District DEV for a couple of years now, and i have heard this quite often and cannot seem to come up with an explanation of it. Its the one with District Dave driving
On the DVD, it is claimed that it was filmed on an unrefurbished D Stock train. What all of the images back up. However in the background I can clearly hear the DVA playing
A really good example is Temple to Blackfrias. I was thinking, was this really actually filmed in a Refurbished D stock, or was there a small number of Unrefurbished D Stock what had DVA's fitted 
I doubt this highly or another thing i was thinking, was maybe that the first set of footage, was wrong and they re filmed it with a Refurbished D Stock but kept the driving footage, to give the effect that District Dave was still driving it. I also noticed that at a number of Stations, the camera pans away from the end mirrors on the wall, or they either show you an exterior view of the train So what was actually going on here

the Circle and Hammersmith and city are being re filmed next year with the S Stocks!! So that will be something to look foward to ;D
