Less impressed with the cover for the emergency alarm handle on the Northern line compared to the 09ts.
This is the second modification to the PEA units. Hadn't the cover for the lower half of the handle prevented people rotating the alarm on its pivot through leaning on the bottom part?
The new covers dig into your arm where they stick out at the bottom if you are squashed into the train like I was this morning. Also, squashed into the train, in the event of someone getting trapped in the doors and the train starting to move, it is very difficult to lift the cover right up and pull the handle if people are squashed against it....
