I am well aware of the Fennel report snoggle, and the fact still remains that not all stations have fire alarm systems.
It goes without saying that where fire alarm systems are installed, they are indeed linked with the ticket barriers. I'm not so sure that this is a requirement that is directly attributable to the Fennel report.....
Furthermore, you quote recommendation 141 which only says LU and London Fire Brigade must talk to each other - what is the relevance?
