Crossrail worksite at Limmo Peninsula

I had a walk from Canning Town Station on Sunday and saw the Crossrail worksite at Limmo Peninsula. I had thought that Crossrail were building a single ventilation and emergency ventilation shaft on this site, but there appeared to be two shafts when I photographed the site. Perhaps one of them is temporary and will be used to access the Tunnel Boring Machines during construction.
