Only saw one set on the Hammersmith/Circle lines although I didn't see every train. I wasn't expecting to be able to do the Circle line on C stock in 2014 so that was a bonus. Trains 76 and 77 swapped over some time between 1100 and 1300.

The above posts list 14 C Stock trains in service over a two-day period. There are 15 left so units 5517, 5533 and 5592 are the only ones not seen. It seems to be a very tight ship.

yesterday (22/01/14) i only saw 2 C stock trains on the Circle (although dont think i saw every train):
215 was 5529/5524/5545 and 217 was 5565/5570/5598.

Hi lads I went down to London today on 21/03/2014 I went to paddington on the dirstrict line. I saw the 4 booked workings for C69/77 stock trains.The list is as follows.
Train no 076 5592 6592 5517 6517 5533 6533.
Train no 072 5720 6720 5552 6552 5726 6726.
Train no 073 5596 6596 5560 6560 5727 6727.

It is still (N) 5730 - 5550 - 5594 (S) the train in 29 road stays put all week and then changes over the course of the weekend

Number crunching- Of the eight 6 car sets remaining , worth noting that 5522-6522 , 5524-6524 (both in separate formations currently) were part of the first train to run in passenger use 28th September 1970 (5523-6523 cut) and the last set of C77 stock numerically 5733-6733 also remain - a little shunt to put these together would make an interesting formation for the last runs.

Still plenty of C-stock "action" on the WIMBLEWARE both today and yesterday, with some added fun yesterday in the form of signal failures. I was on a Putney Bridge train which stood at the signal outside the station for ages, stopping and starting several times before the driver announced that he was having trouble getting a signal into the bay platform, so we were going to Wimbledon instead (still with Putney Bridge on the blinds). When it came back, it went to High Street Kensington, where it reversed in the platform 4 bay...can't remember if I've ever done that before with a C.

Seven sets working the Edgware Road-Wimbledon trains today, supplemented by one S7. I'm told that there was an incident with the S7s last week, triggering the use of more C stock, but I don't know (or want to know) details. Either way, it gives eight sets for eight workings!

They may be around for a bit longer because there are problems with the S7s on that part of the line.
