Went to Harrow on the Hill yesterday to do some videoing. As i was on oyster, had a 80min window before logging out, but wanted to stay 2-3 hrs to get all stock running. Thought of getting a single back to Hillingdon , but £4.30!!!!!! ticket clerk suggested i chat to supervisor. Did so and what a great guy aid i could stay as long as needed and check back with staff to log in again.
If anyone on here knows the staff on yesterday, between 11.30 and 2.30 please pass on my thanks. Good advert for the firm

Thanks for sharing that. The Harrow crowd are normally a good bunch so I'm pleased to hear you had a positive experience.

Yeah they are good at Harrow. I remember when the S Stocks started running I went to Harrow to try and catch one. The guy I chatted to was really friendly and let me stand at the top of the stairs and watch from the window. Also chatted to me about my LU interests  |

Thats a really good story to read It's always nice to hear some positives about LU and their staff and it just goes to show that despite what many commuters think about the network and staff that there are some great people around |
