Hello On the Met 31st March-1st April weekend, as already discussed somewhere else on here ;D, shuttle services are running between Amersham/Chesham and Watford due to engineering works. Do the S Stock have a DVA to accomadate this? kabsonline  |

What's an April Fools? There is a shuttle between Amersham/Chesham and Watford that weekend! Check the TFL website |

You can't operate over the north curve without going through Croxley. This doesn't make sense. If Croxley is closed, so is Watford. And there's no replacement bus service for Watford.

Croxley is not closed. The line between Croxley and Moor Park is closed. That is what is shows you on the Tfl website. The fact that the North Curve is not shown on the tube map is what makes it awkward to understand. If it was shown it would be clear that it is only the line to Moor Park from Croxley that is closed and not the station itself which will be served by shuttle services from Amersham/Chesham. |

I know the service is so infrequent, 05:something off Chesham in the morning, and a late evening return to rickmansworth? But why is the north curve not on the tube map, as a limited service/early morning + late evenings?

Who in Chesham would wake up for the 0514 train? Me, who starts work on an early shift at 0630, and the 10 or so other people who regularly catch that train. I'm not sure anyone travels to Watford on it though. Most alight at Chalfont or Rickmansworth for the first Aldgate service that starts from Amersham at 0523. |

I couldn't beleive that the first Chesham train on a Sunday is not until 07:55. I thought this was very late when I wanted to head up to London the other Sunday. But then again I suppose it is a Sunday |
