Hi I was on a train from Chesham today and as we reached the main line we were stopped before going onto it. An A Stock then passed through towards Chalfont on the main line with an 'out of service' blind on display. What was this train and why was it out of service?  kabsonline |

We have booked test and turning trains around that time of day. They are usually numbered up anything from 711-716 and are in the timetable. Usually the one to Amersham is just a test run to confirm a particular defect or to see how it runs after some work has been done on it.
