at wembley park today and a Fast Uxbridge went streaming through Platform for 1.
did not think there was Off Peak Fast trains now..?

It was not a semi fast but rather A Stock doing a runner from the scrap man! ;D

May have been running late, so sent along the fast line to make up time. Even in the last timetable there were no Uxbridge fasts, either peak or off peak. In fact, it's been a while since there were nny.

Now you say about it, that maybe why it stood out so much as there was non even in last time table.. new something very odd about it when it came.

There are no "booked" fast Uxbridge trains - and there hasn't been for some years. However, as has correctly been stated, the train was indeed running late and was picking up time.

that's a rare one,you'd think on the first appearances it was a amersham train. perhaps it was fleeing from the s stock.

that's a rare one,you'd think on the first appearances it was a amersham train. perhaps it was fleeing from the s stock. I remember one of the Uxbridge Stablers (Peak) in WTT330 worked a 15?? Hillingdon-Baker Street fast service (all stations to HOTH and then Finchley Road)
