Yay! Seems like my plan of using c2c to UPM, and then the District mainline end-to-end is going through (if they keep it that way, I suppose)

Yes, the dot-matrix is controlled by the CIS panel. Does the C stock still have roller destination blinds? In World of Subways 3 you still have to crank the handle and set the CIS.

It has the manual blind, mainly due to it's 1990's refurb. The Bakerloo and Victoria lines (until 2009ts came) also still have the manual blind.
