Yay! Seems like my plan of using c2c to UPM, and then the District mainline end-to-end is going through  (if they keep it that way, I suppose) |

Yes, the dot-matrix is controlled by the CIS panel. Does the C stock still have roller destination blinds? In World of Subways 3 you still have to crank the handle and set the CIS. |

It has the manual blind, mainly due to it's 1990's refurb. The Bakerloo and Victoria lines (until 2009ts came) also still have the manual blind.
