Just to add, the Ealing branch is not on this new version. It is on the previous version.

Just to add, the Ealing branch is not on this new version. It is on the previous version. Isn't this "quid pro quo" for the line to West Ruislip not being included in the earlier version? IMHO, any DVD of the Central line needs to include features on Ruislip depot and the unique lay out of Greenford (NR in the middle platform and the escalators going up to the platforms).

Something a bit worrying, on the Video 125 page regarding the new DVD, it says that once stocks have run out of the original Central DEV (1992), it won't be replaced! The 1992 film is a historical classic, seems a big shame to discontinue it. Mentioned at the bottom of the page: www.video125.co.uk/acatalog/Central_Line.html#aCL2

I think the West Ruilsip line was missed out on the last one as that part of the world was largely on the 'Chiltern Take Two' film, despite being from a class 50.

Had this been made by the BBC's Tom Edwards Marble Arch would be renamed Tyburn Gallows Corner for the soon to made redundant tube drivers..............

The Hi Def You Tube download of this is spectacular. I do hope this is gonna be released on Blu Ray, otherwise the 1080p HD will be lost..................
We're all creasing up at the sunglasses manoeuvre. Brilliant!

Oh dear, Auxsetreq you really have got it in for the poor (well not so poor) old British Bucket Company. Tom Edwards is a nice chap and I got on well with his predecessor, Tom Symonds. I think it is just the editors are a bit naff, think they know it all and know f*+~ all! PS Love your cat, very jealous! Had a much loved Ginger Tom myself, but not practical to have mog just now.

Nothing to do with Tom Edwards, though you're right, after his patronising reports on driverless trains etc, I can't say I'm his biggest fan. My knitting is all packed and ready to go to Marble Arch Tyburn Gallows Corner for our revenge as soon as the booking is confirmed. No, I used Videoscene as ever for my viewing pleasure purchases as all it requires is a few clicks rather than laboriously entering card details.............. Ceiling Cat sends her regards.............

I'd wish there was a digital distribution option... I don't like waiting centuries for it to arrive in the mail...

Excellent production!!!!!! The quality of the bluray is great. Curling provides a good narration and the difference in the state of the line and the stations from the 92 version is unrecognisable. Definatly worth buying

We're all creasing up at the sunglasses manoeuvre. Brilliant! He done a "David Caruso - CSI: Miami" sunglasses style without a catchphrase. Most annoyingly he didn't hang up the internal comms phone which meant passengers would be treated with a most annoying wind noise from the speakers.
